Exchange & Return Policy

At AnusFashionPallete, we strive to deliver premium products with thorough quality and hygiene checks before dispatch. To address any rare concerns, we have a clear exchange and return policy:

Incorrect or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an incorrect product, we will either replace it or provide a full refund as per your preference.
  • For manufacturing defects, exchanges or refunds are available after the product is validated at our end.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds begin once we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  • If the return is deemed ineligible, the product will be sent back to you.
  • All return-related issues will be resolved within 7 days of receiving the package.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging, including hangers, tags, and bags.
  • Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
  • To process any return for defective products, customers must provide an unpacking video clearly showing the defect for validation.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items explicitly marked as not eligible for return/exchange.

Special Notes for Chikankari Products:

  • Minor thread variations or loose threads on the reversible side are part of the traditional Chikankari embroidery process and are not valid for returns.
  • Slight dissimilarities in motifs, stitches, or patterns are natural due to hand embroidery and add uniqueness to each piece.
