Before purchasing any product from our website, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order, you agree to all the terms stated below.

1. Order Processing & Delivery

  • After receiving an order, we dispatch the product within 2–3 working days.

  • After dispatch, customers usually receive the product within 7–8 days (delivery time may vary depending on location).

  • Once dispatched, the tracking ID will be sent to the same email address used to place the order.

  • We offer shipping all across India.

  • We also accept International orders — interested customers can contact us on our WhatsApp number: 6291101139.

2. Payment Policy

  • We accept only Online Payments.

  • Payments can be made through Card, UPI, and Net Banking.

  • Our official payment gateway is Razorpay.

  • Once payment is successful, customers are advised to keep a screenshot for future reference if needed.

  • Till date, we have not faced any payment-related issues.

3. Opening & Defect Policy

  • Customers must record a full unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • Without a proper unboxing video, any claim regarding tear, damage, or defect will not be accepted.

  • Once the product has been used or worn, it is not eligible for return.

  • If a used product is returned and our checking confirms usage, no refund will be provided.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in case of defect or size issues.

  • For returns, the shipping charge must be borne by the customer.

  • After the returned product reaches us, it will undergo complete checking.

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal dislike.

  • No refund will be provided in return cases.

  • The customer must select another product of the same price range.

5. Size & Color Guidelines

  • Before placing an order, please check the Size Chart provided under each product and select the correct size. If you are unsure about your size, contact us on WhatsApp at 6291101139.

  • If the selected size does not fit, it will not be considered our responsibility.

  • If you have any doubts about color, please check the Colour Chart carefully. You may also contact us at 6291101139 before ordering.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify size and color before making a purchase.

  • The possibility of defects is less than 1%.

7. Sale & Coupon Policy

  • During sale periods, coupon codes will be valid only within the specified dates.

  • Coupon codes will not work outside the mentioned time period.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will be Kolkata, West Bengal.
